Authors are invited to submit a short abstract (max. 250 words). All abstracts must be submitted through the conference presentation portal the abstract should reflect the conference theme ‘The Nature of Acoustics.’

22 JUNE 2020 | Authors Notified of Abstract Status, Following Review

Authors should register to attend the conference, once their abstract has been accepted, to ensure they receive the early registration discount. All accepted abstracts are required to be developed into a conference paper, for presentation. The full paper should be no more than 10 pages long and should follow the instructions for layout and format provided by the Full Paper Template. All authors must use the Full Paper Template to format their final paper. There will be a link for the paper template available on this website soon.

20 JULY 2020 | Peer-Reviewed Papers Due

Authors choosing to have their paper peer-reviewed must submit the full paper by this date.

28 SEPTEMBER 2020 | Non-Peer-Reviewed Papers Due

If authors choose not to have their paper peer-reviewed then later submission is permitted.

  • At least one author must present this work at the conference.

  • The presenting author will be required to register for the Conference to ensure their abstract(s) is included in the final programme. Deadline for presenting author registration is 25 Sept 2020. Similarly, no speaker fee is paid to authors or presenters.

  • It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure the accuracy of the content, spelling, grammar and formatting of the abstract, as it will be published as it is submitted.

  • By submitting an abstract, you also grant the Organising Committee permission to publish the abstract in the Conference proceedings in hard copy and/or electronic format.
